I contacted DMS on a Friday night during the Covid 19 crisis after having issues with the local internet provider. I had tried to contact the carrier by myself but with no resolve to the issue. DMS jumped into action and contacted the carrier on our behalf. After an hour of back and forth, it had been discovered the carrier had issues on the back end routing IPs which was causing our service to fail. This outage was bigger in scale then we had realized and affected other companies in our area. Understanding our company needs as a medical facility and how important it was to keep us operational Stacey suggested we go with a wireless or 4G solution which could be put in place the next day. Sure enough, the next day we set up the wireless equipment and were on line within minutes. We were so happy to be back in service but learned a big lesson. We should always be prepared for the unknown and disaster recovery is very important.
